Sigh, that guy should just have given his McLaren to me before he smashed it, or painted it that hideous colour.
(Those mirrors also don't look standard as far as I know)

Probably something you can choose, the mirrors in the bottom pic are one I know, and that one also has fog lamps.

Probably a lot, if I remember the only thing that it came out standard with was the A/C other than that all things where extras even the important thins like ABS etc.
They desided that you had to have the A/C due the great amount of heat generated by the engine, the gold lined engine bay could only do so much.

if i were buying something like this im not sure i would get anything else it just seems to perfect...the weight is spot on it has enough power i even love the seating arrangement

That is true, it is probably my favorite car of all times, that is mainly due to that engine, BMW ///M Powa FTW , if got the standard one in silver I would be able to die happy thats for sure

I read that a while ago, probibly where I got some of my info from. But I do also remeber the F1 featuring on a episode of 5th gear and I think in that episode they said that you could havealmost anything you wanted as an extra in the car, so that it made all the cars unique as they where all basically custom made to the buyers specs, no going to a showroom and saying I want this one, pleeease, pretty please, you give Mclaren an essay of what you want in the car and they made it for you.

@moranor Did you see the top gear episode where they pitted the F1 against the veyron in a drag race, that gives you an idea of just how awesome this car was when it came out and still is.

Just the way that the F1 had the jump on the veyron even though the veyron has about 400 more HP was victory enough for me, NA FTW

im sure the F1 will beat it in 1/4 mile but i think the veyron will take the 1000m

The greater the distance less of a chance the F1 has, in the end the Veyron can reach 400+ km/h, no catching that, but over shorter distances the F1 doesn't have 4 turbos to spool up

i would take the F1 over the veyron the veyron is way to heavy i dont care how much power it has
