Or you could buy an ALPINA one for € 80 000
And 2012 or 2013, one went for $ 75 000 (saw that on this forum somewhere)

If it were a 850CSi yes, i would give him an offer. 850CSi's now rated as a valued and serious BMW Classic. Virtually unobtainable even in the UK. I have been looking to buy locally or even import a low mileage 1995-1999 850CSi.
I have an 1995 840CI stripped and refurbished to original with original parts. Mostly imported.(other than I have chipped it thru Kosie Swanepoel) 76K on the new motor. Job took 11 months.
I would rate it in the top 5, 840Ci's worldwide. But I would not sell it for a bar. Period.
