:thinking: i have a 2004 530d 150kw 480nm version is the ecu diffrent on the 160kw version if so can u change it wats the price involved.... would takeing out the cat's be just as good as doning a full exchaust system at tnt... and the last but not the least is there air inductions for the D-Power and is the efficiency the same as on petrol turbo car's or what else can be done getting is to run faster with out replaceing the Turbo!!!

you say 200kw what do they change only sofware then.
IF you say this does it reached the say Kw as the 160KW version after both have had the upgrade whats the price on the software upgrade at Exede coz i was tinking about EuroSpeed...

Eh? Please rephrase.

AFAIK 200kW is reached pretty much by changing the boost map and VNT settings - software. I am pretty sure the 150kW and 160kW versions both have the M57TU engines. The VNT control might be vacuum actuated on yours and electronic on the 160kW... Call xcede, I think I read somewhere R6k, but could be wrong. Do you have the auto box? It is good for 600Nm.

I don't suggest changing the air intake or filter - the stock ones are very good.
