Hello guys,
as you can see I am new here, I read some topics here and I see (and I hope) you can help me...
I opened my sunroof while there was snow on it (yes, I know it is stupid, but for the first time I didn't clean the whole car, but only the windows... and I was too sleepy) :thumbdo:
So snow felt on the telephone...
Now the "off" key on it does not work... I can not turn it on/off...
If it turn itself on I can use it, but I can not turn it off, and vice-versa...
Now I keep getting "check card" error... Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not...
I opened the handset, but nothing was wrong inside there... it wasn't even wet...
Can you please tell me what else I can check?
I tried removing the telephone fuse, but It didn't help...

edit: It is 528i E39 with Automatic transmission. The phone is with power cord (not wireless) and car has small (4:3) navi.
