Thanks guys! Meths definitely smooths the curve out. Have been experimenting logging ignition advance using NF octane booster vs meths. NF is not bad and probably adds a couple of octane points, but with a strong meths mix 75/25 the timing curve is totally maxed at 10 -12 degrees, even at 18+ PSI :thumbs:
Car is an absolute beast to drive, torque is a bit crazy low down though...I think I'm going to actually pull down torque a bit in the lower rpm's to reduce the build up of heat and friction on the turbo's, which in turn should allow them to then boost a little more up top at 5000 rpm's when they start struggling. After 5000 however at JHB alltitude they just fall flat due to the thin air, no matter what boost target is set...suppose I'll have to put some upgraded RB turbo's on my wish list :=):
Does anyone know when they having runs at ODI again, would love to see how I do on the 1km?
