Try bemows. I guess the next best thing is maybe a custom made one. What happened to yours? Maybe silverton radiators can repair it or make a new custom one, will probably be cheaper than a new oem one.

Its for a E46 2003.

Its still in the car, but all the symptoms point that its faulty. Car smokes more than usual, loss of power and makes a blowing sound when the car has been driven for a while. When the car makes the blowing sound the turbo lag is insane. Feels like the car is barely moving until the turbo starts boosting.

Have you checked all the hoses properly? The chances of the pipes splitting is much higher than the chance of the intercooler leaking, well IMO. But you have to basically take them off to check. it could also be the MAF. You mich also want to check you EGR to see if its stuck open. But first, get your codes read, the ECU can help a lot to diagnose this problem.

With what did you check it? There should be errors, the ECU can detect a leak after the MAF and it will stay on the log...

I took it to someone to have it checked. There was a problem with 3 injectors. I replaced all 6, cleared the error codes and nothing came up again.

Was the problem present before and after the injectors were replaced?

I just remembered, the intake manifold has a tendency to split near the back, check that too.

But when the car is cold, it doesnt make that blowing noise. Wont a split manifold always make a noise?

Problem was there before the injectors were replaced.
