Hey all,

Quick one, any experience or advice on this motor? A friend is looking at it, suits his needs in terms of vehicle size, spec etc. Just thought I'd check if there were any knows issues with this motor. Thanks in advance

I understand it to be basically a 20d that has been detuned.

Personally, I would look for a low spec 20d instead of a high spec 18d. Unless that 18d is selling significantly less than a G01 20d.

i asked Apex tuning from Belgium why their remapped 18D's make the same power as a stock 20D, if its the same engine.
They said its not just detuned, apparently a different turbo as well. Wonder if this is true or not.
