2016 F30 Bluetooth connectivity issue

Hi gents

I am experiencing some issues connecting any device to the Bluetooth in my car. I have the small base 6.5 inch screen( not sure of the model name). I tried removing devices and re-pairing but with no success. My phone is not picking up the Bluetooth in the car as well.

Any advise will be appreciated.

did you recently have a software update on your fone?

Hi guys

Just to give some feedback.

I have tried the above fix and it didn’t help, also done the software update and that didn’t help either.

Is there shops or anyone that can assist with this issue?
