Hey Bud, try it at R295k.
Last month I got an offer for R265k, and my car has 93k km and out of plan now. So you might get a better price than me. The one guy said active MP is around R30k - R50k more on the price.

Thanks man, my head is also around the R295, and I have a realistic R5k or so extra to make it move smoother.

330d's sell like hot cakes on a cold day with free coffee from a honey of a barista wearing a bikini.
They are amazing cars and they carry demand well through their lifecycle.

:smilebounce::smilebounce:

Love it.

I definitely do noy agree with Mr_Y...330d is sort after...trying to find one for 4 years and been unsuccessful OR if one is found, it is already spoken for, holding deposit or boght CASH.

Go for the R295k, I would say go for R310k start off.

A brilliant car that sadly (like most other German 6 cylinder diesels - 3.0 TDI and C350d) does not move in volumes off the used car showroom floor, like the 4 cylinder models.

I would say rather keep the car...

This couldn’t be further from the truth.

Ask any person on the forum who has tried to purchase a 330d how many unsuccessful leads they’ve had to cars that were advertised and sold before they could inquire.

I searched for a long long time for my 330d. and they move quickly into and out of stock. Try and find one in CPT that is well spect at a good price

These cars are more sought after than the "superior" 335i's. After a few years of being out you will notice that they hold their value (or at least sell for more) as compared to the 335i of it's gen.

I know a lot of members that are on the prowl for 330d's.

Agree - they are sort after by guys who know their shit well -ie. BMW Fanatics. These cars are not moving in high volumes off dealer floors by the general BMW buyers. Therefore, private sale may be the better option.

I don't think you get it , even on dealer floors these cars DONT sit long.
the problem is dealers will tell you otherwise and will surely low ball you.
