2011 E90 320d Campaign - Battery Cable

Hi Guys

just booked my car in at Sandton Auto, just oil and all filters, I requested that I have it back by 1pm as I usually do, but was told there is a campaign running and will be an extra 2 hours to carry out the work.
apparently the positive battery terminal cable...


has anyone already sent there cars in?

Do you perhaps know if this applies to the pre-facelift as well OR just the LCI?

as this is only the second service out of Motorplan, I did ask if there were any outstanding campaigns whilst still on MP and was not any..

This campaign has been out for years now, but at least they noticed it now. I have advised a lot of members on my "Check your vin" post about this campaign. The reason for my "check your vin" post is to help members know what campaigns need to be done in order to avoid this type of thing. It is a good practice to check regularly as campaigns get added as they find it is neccessary.

LOL this is exactly why I find it strange John, I asked you to check this for me before , and the last service was done by you guys at Leo Haese a year ago. but in fairness before I collected the car at SMG in 2016 I also asked them if them if there was anything outstanding and I was told there was nothing.
