2010 X5 Keys/Sparekeys

Good morning

Anyone knows where I can get sparekeys made for my 2010 E70 BMW X5? I'm in JHB Kempton Park area
The one key I have says I must charge the battery, I drove a bit but the warning message does not go away.

Anyone with an idea how I can resolve this?

If your key looks like my 2011 F30 X3 key then it is a simple job to open the key and replace the rechargeable battery. See your owners manual.
