2005 530 d

Hi all

I am looking to buy this 2005 530 d with 95000km on the clock. For 169000k. Is it a good price or am I going to buy a hole in my pocket?

Any big problems with these models that you know of as I am a first time bmw buyer moving over from Kia.

Anybody have any advise what to look out for as I want to buy 530d 2005 model.

Hey bud, welcome to the forum!

The 530d motors are generally very good and the E60 itself is unquestionable according to me. Build quality is great and the comfort is superb.

As a starting point, you should get the VIN no. of the car and ask a BMW service advisor to provide you with the service history of the vehicle itself. This will give you a good indication of the health of the vehicle until it went out of plan.

Oh, and once you buy, I know a tuner that will make your car feel 10x better and be more efficient and pleasurable to drive.
