Hi Fuad, they are very nice cars. Firstly, get rid of the swirl flaps and do the egr delete as well after cleaning it out. Then, whilst the inlet manifold is off the car replace all the vacuum pipes with new pipes by replacing them one at a time to see where they all go. The same time replace the toilet roll type oil seperator with the later vortex type as this is very important. I have seen some of those toilet roll seperators that are so old they are "rock" hard. Later, get rid of the cat. You will probably notice that the air filter is also past its best as that is also some thing the service guys neglect as it is such a pain to replace. If you can have the gearbox serviced as well (i assume it is an auto?). Also, have the front and rear suspension bushes and ball joints checked as they are prone to wearing out. Show some pics of the car when you get it! Regards!
