I think the b25 head is probably better (not even sure if they're different tbh), but maybe tell the guys what you mean by "worked" 320 head, then they can help.

Contact Ederies and check. He's something of a genius from what I've heard.
I have a number for him, not sure if it's his current number though. PM me if you want it.

wot would be the better option on a m20 stroker a stock 325 head or a worked 320 head ?

the 731 head (320) has more meat to play with as the ports are smaller

885 (325) would not need bigger valves and springs ,ports almost oval shape and gasket size porting would be easier.

E30's are now classic cars. Try keep it as OEM as possible - Unless it already has aftermarket bits and pieces. An E30 is not meant to be fast, even with head work - How much faster will a different head or worked head be? About 15kw at most?

there are some pretty quick NA e30's at the coast! i think a 525e crank is cool as its OEM and the 327is has it and then he has slightly bigger bore.

Hi there. I'm sure someone here can help. Please do an introduction and post your question in your own thread. Thanks:thumbs:

Doesnt the 320i have a smaller combustion chamber, therefore you will get higher compression ratio ?

It does indeed.
So depending on which pistons he uses, that might actually be the determining factor
