i didn't check for spark, but i'm not getting power to the fuel pump.
The guy is coming by today to do the diagnostics test.
Hopefully its not something big. i checked the Crank Position Sensor and its full of oil and hardened dirt, so hopefully it's only that. I'll keep you posted.

Okay, so i had the car at EMI auto in Rustenburg, the guy says that the diagnostics didn't pick up anything. they manually cheked the car and he says it doesn't get power to the fuel pump, no power to injectors and no spark. he says it could be faulty wiring going to the computer box or the box itself. how do i even begin testing it?:hammerhead:

Stuck open evap solonoid, its causing morethan needed reach mixture in the combustion chamber, after adding fuel from the garage, fuel fumes due to higher pressure from the tank, pass straight to the combustion chamber through computer controlled, stuck open, evap solnoid..try disconnecting evap solonoid, block vacuum leak from solonoid, press pedal fully and try to start...other cause might be pressure sensor n the tank..

Have you checked with a volt meter/light tester that there's power at the dme and fuel relay harness?

If there no power at the relay wires it's likely the 'crash sensor' popped it's located in your boot, the thin positive wire running from the battery, trace that wire, the fuse will be wrapped and you'll have to slit the cable open, it will be aprox a meter or less from the positive terminal itself, if you trace the cable, you'll feel the fuse within it, the dme and fuel relay gets its power from that cable, if it's popped you won't have spark, fuel or injection pulse but first check for power at the relay harness before going that route, keep us posted [SMILING FACE WITH SMILING EYES]

see the thin red one, trace it, that fuse is in it.
