Motoring history is just fascinating stuff! Today, a special edition BMW would sell 100s within a day, yet only 217 of these beautiful machines were made!

Considering the work that went into creating this car - design, engineering, testing and the lot, it is rather sad that so few got to grace the roads of the world!
