116i MSport or Audi A1 1.6tdi SE???

Well I am fast approaching the time where my daughter will be getting a car.
Now I have my eye on a 116i or possibly 118i (at the right price) Msport for her.
My Mrs thinks that the A1 is also a possibility. The Audi is not badly priced for what u get and the consumption figures, on paper at least, are brilliant.

My questions would be....Is the BMW 116i with full M pack same price as an Audi with similar spec?
And what is Audi service like?

This is all bearing in mind that my daughter will have to fit the bill for fuel and eventually services....well at least that is what I'm saying but we all know that daddy ends up paying someway or another. :flyfun:

Well she is BMW girl all the way...just like me!...the bmw part that is...not the girl part..:roflol:

But I must admit that the A1 is pretty funky looking for a youngster...especially in the right colour, it looks really sporty.

I will go test drive one when I get back in country from work...and then decide from there....although the purchase is really only for next year and I am sure that there will be other deals to be had on other models.
