02 Spoilers and Side Spats F/S

Hi All

I have a full set of original o2 Turbo side spats from which I want to make moulds and reproduce to sell.

I also have the mould off an original 02 Front Spoiler that I want to make spoilers from for resale.

I am looking at what Interest I can gather so that I can see what to cost them at after paying for moulds etc.

If you would be interested in either products or even full sets please let me know here. I have a good mould maker and they also make car spoilers for almost 20 years so they know what they doing.

Units look like this. You have choice to either bolt on or mould onto the car, choice would be yours. All will be 3 layer fibreglass,
Tentatively Looking at
R2200 front only
R2500, 4 x side spats
Full sets R4000

I can find out Cyclone. I am surprised on the little interest, only 2 people have spoken to me.

Pricing has come down after costings.
Front spoiler only R1200. I will be getting the first one today to check quality and fitment on my 02.

The side spats are still slightly pricey (but much cheaper than overseas) only due to mould cost. More people want the cheaper it will get. R1900 p/set, This price only if i can sell 5 sets it will cover the initial mould costs and unit costs.

He uses standard Resins and epoxies.

Why you asking, any specif reason? You want one made in any special materials?

So the first spoiler has come out the mould. Its pretty good and I am happy to put it on my car.

I havent fitted the front spoiler. The 2002 at my house is the one with a left coner smash so the fit is not correct for obvious reasons.. The 1602 is at the panel beaters house and he hasn't been available. His father is sick and he is down at the coast visiting him. As soon as he gets back then i can go try it on a straight body.

I saw him at the BMW Concours, Kapi.

He wants a few full sets and has a rear spoiler for us to use for the mould.
Just with my divorce things are not easy enough yet to get all my stuff.

I will pvt you his number and you can speak to him about using the spoiler for the mould
