Hi guys
What wattage oil should a e90 323i use, what brand and is 5ltrs enough.

wattage?!

The W isn't there to represent watts, it represents viscosity. Not sure what a 323 should run.

5w30 is the oil weight you should use.

The brand is up to you, BMW now use's Shell. My personal preference is Liqui Moly

5 litre is not enough buddy....

The 6 cylinder petrol takes 6.5 litres

Oil is 5w 30 , BMW is actually cheaper with Oil compared to your Midas etc..

W Stands for Winter. 5W, 10W, 15W is an indication on how quick it will start flowing when engine is cold. 30, 40, 50 is the viscosity rating.
