I see a very useful application for anti-hijack here, let them get away with the car and then simply dial the car to shut it down/stop it in its tracks.

its still basically an immobiliser, and definitely has nothing to do with jamming.

Jamming is primarily used by criminals to prevent the doors from locking so they can steal your belongings from inside your car.

this idea prevents the car from starting, you still using your keys to lock and unlock the car.

Yeah something like what they do on "Bait Car", They dial a code and the car just shuts down.
