Ok so with the thread on the new 3 series coming I thought I would start this one.

What in your opinion is the best ever looking stock BMW?

For me I think it would be E39 M5

Classic 8 series (dont know what the E number is) followed or perhaps par'd with an E39 M5...

Tough choices considering the fact that BMW had some lovely products.
Id go with the E30, 333i, 325is E36 German Spec and the E60 Motorsport, Individual(think they came out in 2003, not sure)

I wanted to but think the poll limit is 5 but from 1980-present there was 50 models not to speak of before that, so what 5 do I make the poll off....

There are just too many to choose. The ones I like the the looks the most of are

Instead of me just putting putting down all the e numbers let me put it like this, everything pre e90 (not the X's)

M1 was the 1st M car but the one I like is the 3 Series my friend, and it was the 333i the original M:thumbsup:

My fav list is:

E36 M3 coupe
E39 M5
E38 7 series
original 8 series (don't know series name)

but agree anything pre E90 on the 3 series looks good.

E39 540i M was awesome I thought - very scarce though. But for me the E39 M5 is still the nicest. I think that era was when BMW's styling was at its best - E39 and E46 both stunning ranges!
