Hi Guys Ive noticed in a while now on the older BMW's 2013 and below, The price difference between Goldwagen and the agents is negtigiable. Im not on a good discount structure with either of them buts its worth trying BM first for a quote.

Somewhat on this topic, between 330ci non-functioning radiator caps and my adventures with air control solenoids, I worry about the actual part quality that you get... especially when buying the part from the OE part from the manufacturer magically fixes the issue. It suggests that the quality or spec (or perhaps even the revision) is in fact not what you get from an OE part... of course some parts are more sensitive to this than others.

Goldwagen is one of the most expensive spares shop you can buy from, period. They have major discounts for workshops but Joe public gets torn a new one. Bmw are often cheaper or the same price on the common items.

I'm a miser, but don't compromise on quality as I believe in doing a job once and doing it right.
I shop around for oe branded parts and usually with a bit of legwork save like 50% on the goldwagen/bmw counter prices.

Definitely worth checking though, as it really depends. They're charging R12k for what BMW wants R19k for.
